DESCRIPTION:Please join SAPCC staff\, Christine DeMasi and Meg Minehan at the Rockingham Library to explore cooking with your child. \nDate: Friday May 8th \nLocation: Rockingham Free Public Library \nTime: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM \nWhat to expect: We will be cooking up some simple snacks where your kiddo can help out! You will go home with a book to read with your child\, as well as a small cookbook of foods you and your child can make at home! \nDid you know that with following a recipe you model literacy\, counting\, measuring\, and it’s a great time to bond together! \nHave a picky eater? Did you know that allowing kids to help in meal preparation encourages eating different foods? It’s a great way to explore some new foods together and get more comfortable touching\, smelling\, and maybe even tasting new foods! \nCome join us on Friday May 8th at 10:30 AM at the Rockingham Library for a Cooking Event with SAPCC early interventionist\, Christine DeMasi  and Parents as Teachers coordinator\, Meg Minehan!
