Every day at SAPCC, we witness moments that remind us of what truly holds a community together.

A parent walking through our doors for the first time – exhausted and unsure – leaves with diapers, food, and the reassurance that they’re not alone.

A child who has struggled to communicate suddenly signs “more” during a Children’s Integrated Services visit — a moment of connection that brings their parents to tears of hope.

A family grieving an unimaginable loss finds a safe place to breathe again through our HEART program that provides support for perinatal and infant loss.

Individually, these may seem like small moments — but together, they are what make a community whole.

As you read the attached Impact Report, you’ll see the numbers: how many families we served, how many home visits we made, how many children we supported. But behind every number is a neighbor, a co-worker, or a child you may know. SAPCC’s work is not abstract — it is woven into the daily life of our towns and communities.
