Have some family fun at the SAPCC Duck Run – the 2026 Running of the Rubber Ducks!
FREE ADMISSION
Join us on Saturday, June 27 from 4–7 PM for a family-friendly block party filled with fun for all ages! Enjoy live music, food vendors, a bounce house, foam cannon, water slide, raffles, community resources, and so much more.
The SAPCC Duck Run is our biggest annual fundraiser, supporting the Springfield Area Parent Child Center and the families we serve throughout Southern Windsor and Northern Windham Counties.
While admission is free, attendees are encouraged to sponsor ducks to race in the main event!

Don’t miss the main event at 6 PM as hundreds of yellow rubber ducks race down the Black River! Ducks are just $5 each, and you could win up to $200 in cash and prizes.
All proceeds from duck sales directly support services for children and caregivers in our community.

Purple Duck purchases support both SAPCC and Lace Up for Laura, helping two community-focused organizations make an impact together. Sponsor your PURPLE ducks for $10 each! One-third of the proceeds will benefit SAPCC, one-third will support Lace Up for Laura, and one-third will go to the Purple Duck race winner.

-Limited accessible parking is available near the main building
-Our Workforce Training & Development Center will be open as a quiet, air-conditioned, sensory-friendly space—please help keep it calm and dimly lit
-Restrooms are available in this building
-If you have dietary restrictions, please plan to bring your own snacks and drinks
-For pumping or breastfeeding/chestfeeding, visit the SAPCC Info Booth for options
-Planning to use the foam cannon? Bring a swimsuit, towel, and a change of clothes (please note restroom wait times may occur)
-Chairs will be available throughout the event—please reserve them for those who need to rest
