Family Support Worker

🌟I’ve been part of SAPCC for a little over seven years, and I’m grateful every day for the work I get to do.

As a Family Support Worker in our Children’s Integrated Services Unit, I support families who are pregnant or parenting children up to age six. My work includes case management, connecting families with community resources, and offering advocacy and encouragement as they navigate both short-term and long-term challenges.

It’s incredibly rewarding to walk alongside families, support their strengths, and help them build more stable, confident futures. 💛
