Hi, I’m James, and I’ve been with SAPCC for just over a year! I take care of all three of our buildings, help with tenant needs, handle repairs, and make sure everything runs smoothly. 🛠️🏢

My favorite part of working at SAPCC? No matter the task—big or small—I always get a genuine thank you, and that truly makes my day. 💛 Plus, there’s nothing better than a big “Hello!” 👋 from the little kids when I see them around.
