CIS Early Intervention Developmental Educator

I’ve been part of the SAPCC family for 6½ years and work as a Developmental Educator on the CIS Early Intervention Team 👶📚

I support families as they work toward goals they’ve created around their child’s development. My work is all about building strong relationships with caregivers—getting to know each family’s dynamics ❤️, understanding each child 🌱, and finding strategies that fit naturally into daily routines 🧩

I also collaborate with child care providers, extended family members, and other professionals 🤝 to ensure each child receives consistent, supportive care. Using play 🎨🧸 and everyday routines ⏰ as tools, my goal is to support each child’s growth while honoring the love and knowledge families already have 💛

I love home visits 🏡, spending time in child care settings 🏫, and connecting with families in the community 🌈. Celebrating progress 🎉, working through challenges, and setting new goals together as a team is incredibly rewarding.

I’m especially grateful for our Early Intervention Team 💙—we support one another and work closely together every day. It feels amazing to be part of such meaningful work and such a strong team!
