Placement in a PlayWorks classroom is based on the date of the application at the time your child is placed on the waitlist. However, when determining placement, consideration is given to some state and local recommendations as well as our own SAPCC internal policies with regard to childcare. Your submission of this form serves as your signature that you agree to being placed on the waitlist for PlayWorks Child Center and to being contacted if and when there is an opening.
